Good replacement for a very old Wish purchase
Seems accurate enough and easy to use it - I liked the option to have the sound & set your own upper or lower alarm levels for BP & O2 The display rotation options mean it’s easy to use & has clarity as some are larger font Battery life seems quite alright because it turns off If its not in use. It’s very compact, and the land of the air comes with means that you can have it around your neck if you’re going to be using it repeatedly, or you can detach it and have it like a keyring. It’s good value for money

Great value for money, easy to use and gives reassurance to the user. It weighs practically nothing an it fits your finger comfortably. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to check there Oxygen levels and pulse regularly. It’s easy to carry in your pocket as mine goes everywhere with me. It’s also great value for money when compared to others….

Excellent monitoring device
Useful little monitoring device, incredibly easy to set up and use. Clearly identifies changes in heart rate, and provides useful background monitoring information, eg before visiting a GP or when using exercise equipment. Very light and super portable, it easily adapts to various finger sizes.

OxiPro OX2 – Handy Little Oximeter, but Not Perfect
I bought this OxiPro OX2 wanting a quick, portable tool to monitor my blood oxygen and pulse at home. After using it for several weeks, here’s what’s good—and what kinda annoys me. --- ✅ What I Liked 1. Fast & Simple Readings Clip it on your finger, press one button, and within ~10 seconds you get SpO₂ and pulse. The process is really painless. 2. Bright & Colorful Display The display is clear, with multiple colors and rotation so you can see it from different angles. Useful when someone else is reading it on you. 3. Certifications & Medical-Grade Claims It is CE certified and claims to be an MHRA-registered device. That gives it more legitimacy than random cheap knockoffs. 4. Audible Alarm / Alerts It can beep if the SpO₂ drops below a threshold, which is nice if you’re monitoring over time and don’t want to eyeball every reading. --- ⚠️ What I Didn’t Like / Issues 1. Beeping & Settings Can Be Annoying The alarm is helpful, but sometimes it beeps when I least expect it. Also, it resets some settings on power-off, which is irritating. (Some users on reviews mention this too.) 2. Accuracy Fluctuations Readings tend to vary slightly, especially if my finger was cold, I moved slightly, or the sensor was misaligned. For casual home use it's okay, but I wouldn’t rely on it in a serious medical situation. 3. Poor Circulation = Trouble If your fingertips are cold or circulation is weak, it struggles. I experienced this when my hands were cold — the device took longer or gave unstable readings. 4. Not Great for Overnight / Continuous Monitoring I tried using it while resting, but it slips or shifts and gives false alarms. It’s really better suited for spot checks than continuous use. (Other users report the same) 5. Display / Durability Over Time After several uses, I noticed the edges of the screen got faint scratches. Also, I worry over long term if the hinge or clip mechanism will loosen with repeated use. --- 🧾 Personal Story / Use Case One night, I clipped it on while watching TV just to see my baseline before sleep. The reading was reasonable. Then I tried again a few minutes later after sipping cold water: the SpO₂ dropped maybe 1–2 points (likely because my fingers cooled). It made me realize I can’t expect perfect consistency. Also, once it beeped late at night (low alarm) and startled me — so I changed the alarm threshold after that. --- 🎯 Final Verdict I’d rate it 3 out of 5 stars. This device is decent for home use, casual checks, or when you want to see trends (if used correctly). It’s portable, certified, and convenient. But it’s not flawless, especially when conditions (finger temperature, motion, alignment) are suboptimal. If you rely on oxygen readings for serious medical decisions, pair it with a doctor’s instrument or go for a device with stronger validation. But if you want a "budget, decent everyday check" tool, the OxiPro OX2 can do the job—just with caution.

Worked for a day and stopped taking readings. Changed the battery, tried it on other people and nothing.
