I've used this for hangs and pullup skill work only. Easy to assembly and install. Very sturdy. Fantastic for deadhangs to get the kinks out of my back - worth the price for that alone. My only issue is the hand placement. My ideal position would be somewhere between the wide and narrow grip (5'3" female). With the cross bars I'm not able to put my hands where they need to be for MY best pull up position. With the narrow grip, however, I am able to practice variations of jumping pull ups and negatives.

Really pleased with this. Goes on easily and feels solid. The added suspension straps give a lot of options for additional exercises (curls, rows, pushups). Switching grips and direction can give a lot of angles.

Very nice product! Sooo easy to set up. My 15 year old son loves it and has made it a daily routine. It's very sturdy and stable.

My only complaint—and the reason for the 4 stars—is the included straps for dips. They’re a great idea in theory, but in practice they’re awkward to use. The setup feels unstable and takes some adjusting to get the positioning right. They work, but I wish they were more user-friendly or had clearer instructions. Bottom line: A great, space-saving pull-up bar for upper body workouts. Just be prepared for a bit of trial and error if you plan to use the dip straps regularly.

i got this over the other ones because of the material they use and the way it looks. It is made out of thick metal and does not move or wiggle as much as other pull up bars i have used. It is very thick metal tubes that are easy to install and click together. By itself, it weighs 10 pounds which is very surprising in a good way. It works very well on my door frame and I am happy. The build quality explains the 60$ tag but i got it for 52$ which i think it is worth it. It is engineered well with padding for the side of the doors and comes with extra grips to attach to the handles. Comes in 3 piece set so it is really easy to assemble. The black color makes it look very premium and it also comes with loop for you to attach cables that allow for stretching or even chest flies. It is very worth it and the only caveat i would say would be the inability to do custom grip. i am not that strong so the wide grip is very hard as i like to do it SLIGHTLY more narrow but it is fine. There is a support bar in the way and I cant complain as it forces me to do wider grip pull ups!

Seems to be a great product, but for the part that sits on top of the door frame in the back, it's all metal with no padding. It is leaving marks on our door frame. I don't see how metal with no padding wouldn't leave marks. I reached out to Kakiclay and they said to put two small pieces of cardboard or cloth on the door frame to fix the issue. We are thinking to wrap the metal with shrink wrap. But the issue that I have is that the description for the product says it won't leave marks. I think that the product should ship with something to protect the door frame.

I was super skeptical getting a doorframe pull up bar. I've seen many fail videos online. But my friend purchased one and said it was solid... So I jumped in having my doubts. Wow, this thing is solid. It is super sturdy and does not wobble or move around. It's been a month later and I am seeing results already from doing 40 or so pullups in total every few days. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get in a quick work out at home. One thing I'll add is the part that goes onto the doorframe can scuff up your wall. You can add some bumper pads or in my case I just put some painters tape temporarily.

My husband purchased this to replace one he had for years that was wearing down. The quality of this one is fantastic and he uses it everyday. It doesn’t mark the walls or door trim like the previous one so 5 stars from me too!!
