Looks as pictured; easy install
Product was easy to install. Pipe Tape was included. Make sure to flush the filter before attaching shower head. Haven’t been able to tell if water is softer yet. It’s a bit large. Looks as pictured. Will have to take everything a loose to change cartridge.

cracked during installation
The threads are plastic. When installed per the directions with the teflon tape, the thread area cracked. Useless.

Matches my shower fixtures beautifully!!
I ordered this to try to match my new shower fixtures (Kohler vibrant moderne brushed brass, see fixture in second pic), and surprisingly, this matches pretty well! It's not matte, which I would have preferred but unfortunately nobody makes, but the color still matches well enough to not stand out. This is a tough color to match for some fixtures so I'm happy to have found this one. The filter itself is similar with the 3 stages to the other brand I currently have (they didn't offer a gold or brass color), so I expect it to work just as well.

Does a great job
This is my third filter for my shower. My hardware is gold and this filter matches perfectly. It does a wonderful job of filtering the water for a nice clean shower. Highly recommend.

Be careful when installing it. It's plated plastic, and cracks very easily.

I really wanted to believe it filtered the water. Nope didn’t help at all. Only thing it does is slow down the pressure. Not worth it and wouldn’t recommend.
