Umm 9 week old puppy had it torn in 4 hrs

I understand that there is no such thing as a indestructible toy for dogs I have had 3 Pitt bulls and a bull dog we just got a 8 week old puppy so I ordered about every version of this toy to help him whit his teeth and keep him busy this was the one he likes the most he got it yesterday when he turned 9 weeks old and about 4 hrs in I notice a peace hangin off oready I always watch my dogs as they play with chew toys in the begging just to make sure they can not eat peace’s off this this toy has been the one lasting the shorted out of all the toys I have been threw in my 14 years as a dog owner
