Poor sound quality--until I pushed the ends even more together. Do it until they're touching each other and you'll hear a click.

If anyone is thinking about buying astro A10s, You have to purchase one of these in order for the headset and the microphone to work. I did not know that when I had purchased them and was wondering why the microphone never worked. They don’t let you know that you have to have an adapter in order for the mic to work, and it does not come in the box when you order one.

At first, I thought this splitter was not working. People could barely hear me on Discord and when they did, they'd tell me they were hearing my gameplay. Eventually, I realized that the connection was loose and it needed a lot more pressure to connect my headset to the splitter. It's definitely not meant to be removed frequently given how much I had to push the headsets cable into it. Regardless, it now works incredibly well!

My PC has three separate plug-ins. Line in, line out, and microphone. My headset has only one jack, so I could only use my headphones, or my mic, but not both. So I bought THIS cable, hoping it would fix the issue. It did, but it presented a new problem. Now my microphone is picking up my voice.... but it's also picking up my desktop audio. Even if I turn my volume aaaaaallll the way down, my friends in the voice chat can STILL hear it! And there's no clear way to fix the issue! I just want the sound coming from the computer to be in my headphones, and my voice and NOTHING ELSE going into the mic to be heard in the voice call! That's it!
