These guys are gaining a good reputation and so I decided to purchase from them rather than the usual vendor I use because their price was lower and the quality seems just as good. Spermidine is a natural polyamine that animal studies have shown stimulates autophagy, a process that recycles cellular components and may have anti-aging effects. Spermidine levels decline with aging, and some studies suggest that increasing spermidine intake with food or supplements may improve health and longevity. However, there are very few human studies using spermidine 10 milligrams as a supplement. I found only one clinical trial that used this dose in 100 older adults for 90 days to test its effect on memory and cognitive decline. The results were not very impressive, as there was no significant difference between the spermidine group and the placebo group on any of the cognitive tests. Another clinical trial is currently recruiting participants to test the metabolic responses to spermidine supplementation at doses of 5 or 10 milligrams per day for 12 weeks.The aim is to measure changes in biomarkers related to inflammation, oxidative stress, mitochondrial function, autophagy and aging. This works but I really want to know how much actual spermidine is in this product. I have used DoNotAge.orgs spermidine and this one and they both are very effective as far as the difference I see. With both of these products I see my skin firming and wrinkles minimizing within a week, literally. I have a question about the actual amount of spermidine in these spermidine capsules. So for any given amount of Spermidine HCL, the actual weight of the spermidine is only going to be 57% and the remaining 43% weight is due to the 3HCL. So this would lead me to believe that since you have 10mg of Spermidine HCL in each serving, that the actual amount of spermidine in each 2 capsules is only 5.7mg and the amount of the 3HCL is 4.3mg. Is this correct? If this is the case, it would be very helpful if you could list the actual amount of spermidine in your capsules, instead of just listing the weight for the spermidine 3HCL. Since the actual amount of spermidine found in spermidine 3HCL is only 57% or 5.7mg per every 10mg

I had headaches when I started this, so I backed the dosage down to only one per day instead of two. That was still a little bit strong, so I was taking them every other day. Eventually I could take 1 10mg per day. When I got to the end of the bottle, I wasn’t sure if I had had any results? I am retirement age and felt like my skin may or may not have looked better. After a couple of weeks, I realized when I brushed my hair, I no longer had a brush full of hair. Then I realized when I vacuum, I no longer have to clean all of my hair out of the brush each time. My hairline was starting to get sparse and after taking an entire bottle, I could see baby hairs is growing back. Ordered another bottle and will report back if I noticed other great results. Update: decided to try a different brand to save $. After 3 months my hair started falling out a LOT. Can’t say it was caused by other brand?
