I have a Galaxy S7 in a case with rubber around the edges so I think that helped with the bands. The price was right and I needed something quickly and this purchase exceeded my expectations. Make sure the rubber bands are secure, my bf didn't and his phone fell out (his fault because he didn't tighten everything up). Great product I highly recommend this!!! Review: Secure mount. Trust my new Google Pixel to it. Easy to use and feels solid. - I really only have two or three fairly minor gripes about this mount. 1. The release button is a really cool feature but the placement of that button can get in the way of the bottom right strap if you're not careful. Consequently, the strap can push the button or just look a bit tangled down there. If the button were moved up the side maybe a quarter inch or even placed at the bottom middle, seems like that would be enough to correct it. 2. Sort of related are the side grips. You have to be careful when closing them or you can mash the buttons (in my case, the volume) on your phone when closing it snugly to hold your phone. Probably run into something similar with most of these products though. 3. You can't access the fingerprint reader on your phone to quick-unlock since that is on the back. I guess that a hole in the back of the mount for that would come at the cost of some grip on the phone so maybe that is for the best. Outside of that, no complaints. It feels well-made, looks half decent and doesn't cost too much. Glad that I bought it.

Buyer beware
Only one month old and the plastic broke off out of the cradle. This should be able to handle vibrations of bike riding. This broke my iPhone and now inhave to get a new phone because of this cheap product.

Works with Samsung galaxy s7 edge
Holds phone securely. I have a Samsung galaxy s7 edge. The side grips get in the way of the buttons on the sides of the phone. You have to position carefully. The installation instructions are not that clear but I was able to figure it out. Once it was on my handle bars it works as expected.

Great mount!!!
Great mount!! I have it mounted to the stem that connects to my handlebars. That way it is right in the center. The jaws open up very wide so that you should not have problems attaching most anywhere. The mount is very secure and holds the phone tightly. I am going to buy another one for my motorcycle.

Versatile product, great design
Versatile product, great design. Fits on my bike better right than more expensive models. Swivel action lets me use my phone in landscape or portrait model. Easy mounting. Secure. Highly recommend.
