Noticeable difference when squatting, 100kg for 16 reps and no hurty knees. Easy to put on comfortable. I measured at 33cm and medium fit like a dream. Only used for 1 day - hopefully they last a couple of years.

I accidentally purchased the wrong size and had been exercising with out sleeves but I got to a point where I needed them. I contacted the company - 4 months after I had purchased the sleeves, explained the situation and I was provided with a replacement pair of knee sleeves in the right size. They fit perfectly, its a quality product, strong, durable and very supportive. I'm amazed at the quality customer service - and the speed at which a new pair in the right size were sent out to me. I would definitely recommend this product - its the one most used in my gym and was recommended to me by my coach/PT. I would also recommend buying from Nisrok because of their great customer service.

Went for these as a bit of a gamble that hasn’t paid off. Used twice a week for leg and lower days for a few exercises. It’s been around two months and the stitches are starting to come loose on one of them. Probably best to go with a different option. Update 27-05-24: The seller contacted me and offered to send out a new pair. Hopefully, these will last longer.

Excellent fit, would highly recommend. Gives me good support to my kness when squatting and on the treadmill. They are not the cheapest but very good value for money and are well made.

The quality feels great. Sleeves yet to be tried but certainly feel they will greatly assist me.

I've had these knee sleeves for 4 months and there is a vertical split in the back of one of the knee sleeves. My previous ones lasted me 18 months. I use them 4 times per for weightlifting. Didn't expect the support to go so quickly. I would like a replacement.

The Knee Sleeves are very well built with double stitching and fit my knees perfectly with the Large size. The 7mm Neoprene keeps my knees warm while exercising and provide great support when doing leg exercises. A great product at a good price.

Update: After contacting business they sent a smaller size and it fit perfectly.. Got the size as suggested after measurements, unfurtunately they seems to be way too large, probably giving minimal support, I should have read the reviews and order the smaller size as it seems to be a common problem.
