Little drops of heaven for my poor and irritated eyes and worth every penny. I have dry eyes and use Hycosan Extra daily anyway but after having laser surgery to reduce eye pressure my eyes were left very dry and uncomfortable and Extra wasn’t making much difference. As soon as I dropped this in my eyes it really was bliss and they were instantly calmed and lubricated. Unlike other reviews I found the bottle OK to use although not as easy as the Extra and I felt the drop go in probably because it’s winter and my bathroom is cold! One drop in each has lasted hours. Yes they’re expensive but when you need something stronger than your usual drop these are worth it in my opinion. I will always make sure I have these available for those moments when eyes are sore and irritated and I’ve probably tried most over the counter drops. These are on another level!

These are the only drops that soothe my eyes for a decent period of time. Others do give the instant relief, but it is short lived. Honestly these drops have been a life saver, literally because I can see using these. The drops are soothing and soft. I know they are pricey but they are worth it.

Ok so yes small bottle but once you’ve got it open its really easy to dispense! One drop is all you need! Really soothing when you first wake up to really dry eyes! No blurred vision. No stinging. It’s slightly oily so stays put much better, doesn’t run out of your eye! That gritty sandpaper feeling goes away and the soreness is gone too. My bottle was just as full as any eye drop bottle of this size! It’s only slightly more expensive than their other product & I use less frequently! It works much better than plus or dual. Which I was using before, both of them. (Dual day time & plus at night) So I’m actually paying less a month for the one bottle. Using less product and my eyes are significantly more comfortable! Win win win for me. Just try it! Suits me sir!

Warning: read the description carefully. You get 3ml of eyedrops, just over half a teaspoon, in a bottle the size of a fingernail, deceptively packaged in a standard size eyedrops box that is almost empty. The liquid is thin, somewhat oily but watery, it drips out of the bottle without squeezing, hard to control and easy to waste. It's meant to coat your eye and stay put, but I can't say that the effect is better than from standard hyaluronic acid drops or artificial tears, but your are paying almost twice the price for less than half the amount of a normal bottle.

I’ll admit I was sceptical as these drops aren’t cheap AND I was very pleasantly surprised! I’ve suffered with severe dry eye for many years and tried lots of different things, mainly suggested by my optician. So when I saw these from a company I use for my current eye drops which work but not for long enough, I thought I’d give it a go and they work! For the first time in years I’ve found something that gives me genuine relief and clear vision. Instead of having to use eye drops 6-8 times a day (hyco san extra), these one I only need to use 2-3 times a day with better results and relief.

It doesn’t work . Very expensive for 3ml which cost £20 a waste of money

This product is amazing. One drop per day is all you need. Also has no preservatives in it. It’s a small bottle but worth every penny.
