I have used enzymes for decades.... These have become my go-to enzymes for about 2 years now. Gentle but effective. After struggling with misdiagnosed IBS for 3 years and through a pregnancy, I was finally diagnosed with SIBO. I COULDNT EAT ANYTHING LITERALLY, without getting triggered and feeling really sick, severely dehydrated and exhausted all the time. I had to go to the ER multiple times for severe dehydration from just not being able to hold anything down. On a diet of oatmeal, eggs, rice and carrots I was really desperate and worried that as a breast feeding mom I wasn't making the proper nutrients for my little one. I tried these on a whim without asking my doctor. Which I definitely recommend, but they changed my life I can eat everything again without having any reaction what so ever. I finally feel healthy by what I eat and have so much energy it's amazing. Literally releaved so much anxiety and stress I had about eating food. Later my doctor went on to say it is safe while breast feeding an it's good that it's helping because now I'll have more vitamins and nutrients transfer into milk for baby! A must buy! Definitely recommend for people with SIBO or IBS as they happen very commonly at the same time. Thank you healthy gut for giving my life back. I will be back for more once I run out.

I have used Healthy gut products for years and can attest to the very good quality they offer. Holozyme is no exception. It helped with bloating, gas and IBS symptoms after a week of slowly introducing it. I will likely reorder in the future. I bought the 30 capsule supply to try it, which is a great value for testing out a new supplement.

It works but the price is expensive for just a 30 day supply. Sometimes it doesn’t even last a whole month because you will have to take 4 a day if you are very sensitive to gluten.

This is the best enzyme if others do not work for you, because this is activated it actually works and does not cause stomach pain and actually breaks down food, it is expensive and you may need to play around with dosage website says 6 per meal can be used if needed, it is definitely worth it especially if you tried other enzymes that did not work or caused pain.

I’ve used many enzymes and while some work better than others, none of them have made me violently ill like these. The first time I tried them I took two before breakfast. Within an hour I was feeling very nauseous, dizzy, and had a migraine. I have histamine intolerance and thought that maybe something had triggered a histamine reaction that I had eaten, though I didn’t eat anything that I wouldn’t normally eat. I took my histamine medication, and the symptoms still didn’t subside. Eventually I vomited everything out of my stomach, which is a rare occurrence for me. I chalked it up to some sort of new reaction for me and didn’t think much of it. A couple days passed, and I decided to give these enzymes another go. Took two before breakfast again, had a light breakfast of two scrambled eggs and a slice of toast and within an hour, same symptoms. Nausea, dizziness, palpitations, extreme heartburn, and a migraine headache. At this point I connected the dots and realized it was the enzymes. Again, it ended with me violently emptying my stomach contents into the toilet. Here I am, two hours after vomiting and my stomach is still in knots and I still have a migraine. Tried to request a return through Amazon, and was denied. So, I’m now going to chuck $70 into the trash can, but at least I won’t be vomiting my guts out anymore. These have been the absolute WORST enzymes I’ve ever used and I hope this review helps others from suffering in the same manner that I did.

Ok product, we just wish it would be less expensive. IMO it seems maybe they have changed their formula, the capsules are less effective now. For us It’s easier to get this product from Amazon than the seller, their customer service is hit or miss with more misses, therefore we prefer Amazon. The capsules are very easy to swallow and they stay fresh and dry (meaning they don’t stick up together).
