I place half a tab in my ultrasonic cleaner every morning for my Invisalign retainer. I was using another cleaning tablet before, and even after the first use with this product, my retainers became SO much clearer and clean. No bad residual taste because of the mint flavour.

I have invisalign and got the cleaning crystals from my orthodontist. They told me I didn't really need them and to just use a toothbrush and toothpaste everyday. By week 2 (I change every 2 weeks) they were gross. The cleaning crystals didn't really help, but made my aligners smell like bleach, which I could taste for days even after brushing over and over, and made the case smell bad too. When I got these cleaning tablets I was happy. They worked okay and didn't leave my aligners smelling or tasting bad. I started leaving them in the solution for longer than 15 min, maybe 30 or 40, while I eat or shower etc. They're always super clean and I brush them much less! I soak my aligners every night, if I skip more than one night it's harder to get them clean. It seems super gentle and gets the job done. Basically, follow the directions and you're set! Keeping my teeth healthy during treatment is important to me, and I feel like these are helping me do that while keeping the awful chlorine taste out of my mouth. I'm honestly relieved that I don't have to wear aligners that have build up or taste gross. I'll keep using these for my entire treatment 😁
