During Covid we have to do our own minor home repairs! This simple product made it possible for me to do this window- shade controller repair on my own. Took about 20 minutes and a screw driver (and a prayer) for this marginally handy female to accomplish the task.

I ordered the entire device, but only needed the upper inside part, which was lost from our original. The new piece did fit perfectly into the original.

Overpriced, but easy to install.
