Bought it for our little niece (almost 2) and she loved it immediately! She was playing with the magnets and running around the house with them.For little kids like her watch out for the smaller magnets! The book does say for kids over 2yrs - I did buy it a few months too early, but there are plenty of larger magnets that are not a choking hazard.Super cute book
