For the flooring project I had hoped on using this floor, it would not work. The black arms were too long and would not fit into the staggered corner to be able to get a measurement. I am hopefull that wil an "open" corner, it will work for me.

very "delicate" tool ... but that makes it very accurate ... my husband likes to work with it. and btw way for a very attractive price
