Beautiful and just as good as more expensive ones!
I’ve used this braiser to make mochiko chicken, fry dumplings, rice and chicken dishes, and caccio e peppe. The size seemed big at first for my family of 4, but it’s become my go-to for most dishes! It truly heats up evenly and cooks our food wonderfully just as good as my Staub. I love the cooking space I get when cooking food that needs more stirring, and when deep frying, the higher walls prevent crazy oil splatter from going everywhere. I still get some oil splatter but not as much as with my smaller braiser that has shorter walls. It’s truly easy to clean and the pink gradient enamel finish on the outside makes it a beautiful serving dish as well. Couldn’t be happier with this one.

Awesome pan
Love, love, love this pan however it’s very heavy. It’s super easy to clean, I use mine on top of the stove and in the oven. So much better than my other large frying pan that’s bottom has bowed. Excellent product!
