I found the silicon stickers kept giving me itchy skin so this is much easier, and despite its large appearance you honestly barely feel it cause it’s so finely balanced on both the front and back. I just wouldn’t wear it when walking. It tends to shift around too much after a while and so it constantly is vibrating against your back to tell you off.
