Are these lava beads waxed?

I’m not 100% sure but they don’t seemed waxed. They are matte and dry looking. They have been a great addition to my pieces, just wish the whole was a tad bigger since I double my threading material.

Do not buy. They are not good quality.

Where do these come from ?

I’m not sure. Seems like China based on the labels on the package.

Good looking high quality

Besides consistent size, which is very important doing beading works, these are high quality and deserve what’s paid for them. I wish the seller had them in size 10 mm too.

My second time buying the black lava beads. I bought 8mm and 10mm. Will keep coming back as long as they sell them. Great price and good quality. I also bought the brown lava beads and I love them! They are the color of milk chocolate. Such a beautiful, earthy tone. I can't believe I've never seen them before now. They really are beautiful if you like that natural tone in a textured lave bead. I'm a fan!
