Heavy Duty Water-Resistant Trader Seat Cover, Black

I purchased this for the passenger seat for my new 2013 Camaro. It fits perfect and was very easy to cover my seat. Only problem is that it is not made for cars with side air bags which is what I have. I am going to slit the side with a razor blade. I made a small slit in the side already to remove the seat belt holder strap and that was not a problem. The seating area is made of a heavy canvas fabric and I love it. I throw everything on the seat and it looks like it will hold up for a very long time. I really love the fact that it is waterproof. Great price, too.

I bought a set of "Dickies Heavy Duty" car seat covers years ago. I loved them. They really were heavy duty. More expensive than all the other choices in the store but you knew they would last and they did. I am still using them 12 years later! I was thrilled when I found them on Amazon to buy for a new car. What i got was a HUGE disappointment. Now the material is thinner, the sewing is cheaper, and the part that goes in the back of the seat is this thin synthetic garbage that feels like women's stocking. I just knew it would not last and thank goodness it tore within a week! What a great example of a company taking a good solid product and destroy it out of greed and pure stupidity. Same price but a completely inferior product. Of course, I returned mine. I give one star because can't give no stars, which is what these people deserve.

Pretty happy with these, especially for the price (you get what you pay for). The material is pretty thin, both top and back, not the strong kind as the rear seat protector has. It fits real baggy, not form fitting, but it installs super easy, and it gets the job done. If I wanted form fitting, strong material, I know I'd have to pay more than $30 a seat cover!

Worked will for an excavator seat cover.

this is the second set I have ordered for my truck. the water proof lining deteriorates over time and you will need to replace them after about 1 year. the sides are made from a much thinner fabric now and the elastic that "holds" the covers in place is very week resulting in the covers shifting around on the seat a lot when I get in and out of my truck. They are water proof and will keep sand out of your seat. this will be the last time I will order this product.

Update: after 2 years a 2" hole where I slide off the seat in the t-shirt type material, even a small hole in the side material of the passenger sear, which rarely is used ... good for 12-18 months for me maybe. I am now buying the carhart full canvas seat covers. My $10 canvas seat covers wore out after 2 years ... looked for the same model, but couldn't find them. I found these Dickies brand seat covers and thought they would be quality and long wearing. The cover is a little loose on my '08 nissan xterra, but it is ok. The material which takes the wear is very tough and I think it will last for many years. The surround material used to mount the cover is thin and weak, little stronger than t-shirt material. If anything wears out it will be this material. So far though it is holding up to daily driving and a couple off roading trips.

I have an ‘08 Chevy Express van, typical work truck. You would think there are so many of these trucks out there it would be easy to make a seat cover that fits. I’ve tried a couple different Dickie’s brand seat covers for this vehicle. None have been great but this one is one is terrible and will definitely be the last. After I got it on, which wasn’t easy, it actually looks like I put a contractor’s trash bag over the seat. Totally doesn’t look right, doesn’t give where it needs to and doesn’t tuck where it needs too. I mean those are problems but I’ll chalk it up to having and irregular seat (mind you it is the factory standard seat used in these vans for over a decade). What I really have a problem with is the claim it’s a “heavy duty” seat cover. A seat cover similar to denim would be heavy duty. Khaki pant material I’d say would be medium duty but this is more like wind breaker material. Water proof I can’t say, I won’t cry over spilled milk. But dangling key chains and tool belts and other snaps and zippers wreak havoc on work truck seats. I need true heavy duty and this seat cover is NOT!

I was happy the seat cover fit my Dodge caravan bucket seat. This seat cover has two straps and a hot dog shaped thing that tucks in between bottom seat and the top seat.I use to buy a brand on internet from a catalog but eventually that cover got loose elastic . I will buy it again.

Do not under any circumstances buy this seat cover i paid $42 for a single supposedly heavy duty seat cover put it in my truck & it didn't last 3 weeks, the stitching was coming apart after a couple of days....absolute rubbish.! If I could put minus stars i would.!
