Good formulation and easy to maker and drink
Dissolves in water. Taste is subtle not to overwhelm. Great balance of carbs and salts. Easily drinkable, no chalky taste. Good mix

Fuel and Hydration
Needed to pump my carbs/hr. Skratch labs came recommended. I usually mix to 200gram per 24oz bottle (4 scoops). It has leveled my energy out on longer rides. I still supplement with Precision gel on harder rides to maintain my target. Taste is mild and there isn't any fatigue on long days. Mixing is learning curve, fill bottle about 1/3 add mix and shake like there is not tomorrow, fill bottle and shake again. You can also mix and leave in ref overnight. If you don't find a method, it creates floating hunks of gooey mix and you will be shaking it every time you drink. Not a big enough issue to not use, just takes a minute to figure out best method/

Godsend for those who are heat sensitive.
Flavor isn’t very strong and it doesn’t mix very thoroughly, but it works. I have issues in the heat after suffering from heat stroke twice in the army. I bought this for days that I race motorcycles and it was an absolute savior in the NC heat. Definitely recommend.

Too much powder to make it work
It takes too much powder to make the drink correctly that you have to leave water out of the top of the bottle and shake it too much. Tabs would be better
