These are great! I have MS and my right foot swells up in the heat and gets beet red. I took them to the beach in our cooler and before I had to walk back up to the hotel, I put it on my foot for 10 minutes and it brought the swelling down!

I've only used these for cooling, and they are very comfortable, but not surprisingly they don't stay cold for more than a few minutes with hot feet inside them. Probably will be better as a warming sleeve than for cooling.

This is a great ice pack for toes, I suffer from Peripheral Neuropathy. I am only giving 3 stars because they don't stay cool for more than 10 minutes.

Bought these for flare ups I have in toe joints and it worked great. After being in the freezer about 15-20 minutes, they were ready to use. I wished they stayed cool longer, but they were a big help.

These are wonderful and very good quality.

I have capsulitis in one foot and after working 12hr shifts in the hospital I come home in a good deal of pain. I've tried different ice packs but they were either too hard to conform to my foot or too floppy to stay where I needed them. Now I come home and pop one of these on my foot and its the best feeling ever! Fitting like a sock means no slipping off my foot and I get that cooling sensation from all angles. I do wish the cold temp would last a bit longer, but since I only use one at a time I just get the other from the freezer after 15min or so of wearing the first.

Comme toute la gamme c'est super confortable et efficace . Un poil grand pour une pointure 39 mais reste efficace. On peut également s'en servir pour des petites mains. Conserve le froid 15 minutes et c'est suffisant.

Entspricht der Beschreibung. Für die Chemo optimal, lindert die Schmerzen danach. Aber man sollte zusätzliche Kühlakkus mitnehmen, weil die Socken relativ schnell die Kälte verlieren.
