⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I didn’t realize how much a good sleep mask could improve my sleep I’ve always been a light sleeper, and even a little bit of sunlight coming through the blinds would wake me up way earlier than I wanted. I bought this sleep mask hoping it would help, and honestly it’s been one of the best inexpensive purchases I’ve made in a long time. The first thing I noticed was how well it blocks light. Not just “mostly dark”—I mean completely dark. I can wear it in the middle of the day with the curtains open and it feels like nighttime. It’s especially helpful on weekends when I want to sleep in or when I have to catch up on sleep after a late night. The material is really soft and comfortable too. I’ve tried cheaper masks before that pressed against my eyes or had straps that dug into the back of my head, but this one fits snugly without feeling tight. I can sleep on my side and it stays in place all night without shifting around. What surprised me most is how much deeper I’ve been sleeping. I wake up less during the night, and when my alarm goes off I don’t feel nearly as groggy. It’s also become a must-have when traveling because hotel rooms never seem to get completely dark. After using it for a few weeks, I honestly don’t want to sleep without it anymore. If you’re sensitive to light, work odd hours, travel often, or just want to improve your sleep quality, I highly recommend giving this mask a try. Simple product, huge difference.
