So much for 800G of protein one might think they are overdoing it. Box is sturdy, I mean I can hardly crush it with my own hand, believe me it's a good box of protein. Test: Yeah I did that protein test, it's not accurate but you could always compare how it forms against the protein you trust (At the right you can see unlabeled protein, it's a reputed British brand protein), pictures attached if that helps. Conclusion: If on a little costly side (Considering the other one I was taking was touching 3k) I think it will be worth your time and money. After all, you can feel a good protein next week when you see yourself maintain or improve your limits. But other things might come into consideration when you bodybuild so it's not just about protein but yes, it matters. It also has digestive enzymes (I am not in or against this addition) so got nothing to say, but no bloating for me whatsoever so might be it. Conclusion: I loved it, will get more (Maybe the big one). If you are skeptical like I was, think you could take the small package once, I mean you gotta appreciate their service of package and delivery if not anything else :).
