Helpful, quick tips, but several typos
As most of the reviews state, the book is interesting enough to keep reading, and has several quick helpful tips and ideas to implement throughout your day. There are several typos, and misspellings, and even letters missing, which sort of made me question the professionalism of the author. However, I self published a book once on Amazon, and had an editor review it, and even he missed two typos in my book so it happens. I would still recommend this book.

New perspective
You know… this book has received a lot of criticism based on some of the reviews I saw. I ended up seeing someone post about it on Facebook about their take aways, and it just seemed very relatable. compared to some of the books I’ve read, this one was the most relatable and an easy read. It did provoke some thoughts, and challenge me in different areas of my life (specifically work). This book as easy and quick of a read it was, it has really changed my perspective on things. What some might say is common sense, may not be common sense to others. I do recommend this book, for those who are an over thinker and need some help managing and taking control of their thoughts

The typos need to be fixed!
I was so distracted by the numerous typos right off the bat in this book that it made it hard to enjoy or trust this book as much as I wanted to. I think the ideas and messages are solid, but the tons of errors totally muddled them for me. But hey, I have ADHD, so maybe this won’t bother you as much as it did me.

The book was good and the information is useful but the fact that there are dozens of typos or missing words/wrong words used throws the whole vibe of the book off.

The is the best book for overthinkers and if wonderful and helped me a lot to reduce and eliminate my overthinking I would surely suggest all the students and people who are dealing with any kind of overthinking But if you have a past trauma and current having episodes I would suggest to meet a therapist they will help you overcome it 🫶🏻✨
