How do you get lashes to stick? Lash glue isn’t working

I used the glue it came with honestly didn’t want to invest in a good one just because I’m bearly learning but wait about 1-3 seconds then glue the lash some glues require certain seconds before you can apply the lash :)

The product came as expected. The lashes on the manikin head are not durable and fall off pretty easily/get messed up. But you get what you pay for. This item is good for practice.
