Q: How long is the handle?

15 inches, my grandson at 16 months can not use it anymore since it keeps riding up the back of his shoes or (ankles), then he would trip.

Q: Is this too small for a 5 year old?

Yes I think it would be. I bought this for my 1 year old grandson. It is the perfect size for him and when he gets a little older..

Hi: The following measurements include the handle and wheels 19.3” L x 11.8” W x 18.5” H. The Body of the wagon measures: 17" L x 10.75" W x 6.75" H

Q: i forgot to put on the handle how do i get off the wheel now

Hi Jean: To remove the wheel, you will want to place the wagon on its side to get some leverage over the wheel. If you have the red cap assembled, you will want to remove this first with a flat head screwdriver. Once the cap is removed, you can apply some force to pull the wheel up by hand. With a little force this should detach from the axle so you can assemble the handle. Once corrected, the wheel will then snap back into place as before. Good wagon

We got this for our 11 month old. Made of thick plastic and is durable. It can even hold her weight she is almost 9kg. The things we hate about this wagon is 1st, the Teddy, though my daughter likes it but it looks disfigured and not good quality. 2nd the wheels of the wagon, it is durable but I just wish it could turn like the stroller. You can only push and pull or lift and drag it if you want to go left or right. 3rd, the wagon could be a little deeper. Anyhow, it a good wagon. Assembly is easy, just need some muscles to lock the wheels.
