These tablets are very convenient and easier to use than the powder form. However, I do seem to get a better result with the powder for some strange reason. The tablets can be broken in half if theyre too long for one to swallow. But READ THE DIRECTIONS!! YOU MUST DRINK AT LEAST 8 OUNCES OF WATER IMMEDIATELY AFTER SWALLOWED!!! - Not "yelling" at anyone - my kid tells me that's what caps mean these days in texts, lol. I'm merely using caps so no one misses this very important detail!! Fiber caps expand and turn into a jelly-like substance in the gut. If enough water isn't consumed, choking can result. So just be cautious & follow the instructions on the label. It must be water, soda & energy drinks etc won't do the trick! Stay safe! Former Hospital Pharmacy employee.

This is a product that we use regularly. Recommended by the doctor. We even have it selected in a regular delivery to home health with their regular valve movement at its advertised. No taste and easy to swallow.

A bit pricey.However great for putting it in your purse.If I am out and eat something with white flour this negates the high carbs.White flour is the same on your body like sugar.It rapidly goes too fast on the stumach.Causing blood sugar problems.Thanks Mary Formosa.
