A good companion for those suffering eczema on hands
This may not magically cure your eczema. I need to keep on top of my condition with steroid ointment and plasters. Washing up or work can make my hands dry and if you have your eczema under control this will keep it under control. I used after work that drys my hands or even washing up. You do have to keep using it though! Unlike regular moisturisers this will dry enough, quite quickly, if you don't use too much and so I'm able to use my hands to do my day to day things! Ie. Nothing worse than having soggy moisturised hands then trying to hold a cup of tea or leaving moisturiser on everything you touch. Truth be told, I do actually prefer the okeefs night cream for both day and night use as it just seems a bit better for me but it doesn't last as long as this tub.

I have soft hands!
O'Keeffe's Working Hands Intensive Balm works wonders for extremely dry, cracked hands! It’s especially great for areas like fingertips, nail beds, and cuticles, leaving them feeling soft and moisturized. However, two negatives for me: the size is small, so it doesn't last as long as I'd like, and the scent isn’t the nicest. Despite these downsides, the balm’s effectiveness makes it worth having on hand for quick relief. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone with seriously dry skin.

8.23 for 11g ......... Silly Money go for larger!!
As a warning to others - the larger size is much more like it in terms of cost. Ok, so it was my fault I didn't check the size of the pot but honestly this tiny pot price per gram is ridiculous! It is a lesson learned for me. The product itself is ok, but because such a small pot I didn’t get the benefit. On price alone which applies to the 11g only, I could only awarded 4 stars.

A little goes a long way
O'Keeffe's Working Hands Intensive Balm 11g: This does come in quite a small pot but it is an intensive treatment for small areas and not intended to be lathered all over the hands, for that use their larger sized creams. Also, if used in larger quantities and on larger areas it will be very greasy and take quite a while to soak in, which would be inconvenient. My hands are exposed to harsh detergents and water throughout my working day and I get frequent sore splits around the nails and at the fingertips. This balm when applied in a very small quantity around the cuticle and any split skin will sooth and help to heal within a few applications. It is much more effective than standard hand cream in my opinion. If I have sore splits on my fingers I apply a little balm to fill the split and wrap the finger in surgical paper tape overnight and it works a treat. It is a small quantity, yet similar to a tin of lip balm, but it works well for its intended use and if used sparingly will last a good while.
