Does this work on new, red stretch marks?

Not sure about stretch marks but old an new scars it helped lighten them up

Does this work on light color surgical scares? I had foot surgery and have a light color scars on my feet

What I can say is that it makes the scars less bumpy. As for the color, I don't know yet. With consistent use, I can see this working on the color also. But not exactly sure about light colored scars. That tells me it is not a very new scar.... So I don't know how long it would take for it to work.

What is the maximum amount of time this tap should be worn during one session?

I've worn it weeks at a time, even showered with it. When it starts to lift that's when I replaced it
