Outstanding steak! Cooked one under broiler for dinner. Heritage beef with buttery texture, succulent & full of beefy flavor.

Deeply disappointed. I know good ribeye and this was not it. Meat was cheery and did not look high quality even before I cooked it. It looked processed or treated in some way. I am stuck with almost $300 dollars worth of worthless meat. Is it really beef?

Prime beef - I paid a hefty price for "prime" What I got was NOT prime it was tougph I did them on a good grill. and all of my friends commented on how tasty but tough they were So I willNOT be ordering them again or anything else from the Grumpy Butcher!
