This gum is very effective and the cinnamon flavor tastes good. This particular flavor also contains our favorite Red 40. This is a convenient and fantastic way to get your daily Red 40!

I've generally found caffeine candy, gum, etc usually tastes pretty bad. These actually taste good. It's a fairly sweet cinnamon flavor that does a good job of covering the bitterness of the caffeine. I'd compare the flavor to Big Red, but surprisingly it lasts a lot longer. Seriously, if this were just regular gum it would be really good. Per the package, when the flavor does finally end and it starts to go bitter, you can discard it. As a bonus, it freshens your breath. It's nice to see actual sugar being the sweetener. The caffeine hit is definitely noticeable as it's equal to a strong cup of coffee. Use responsibly as 3 pieces give close to the 400mg of caffeine recommended as the maximum daily dose by the FDA. Obviously, keep these well out reach of children. These are a great value in comparison to actual coffee. I will definitely be buying again.

Every now and then I simply can't stop for coffee or an energy drink. That's when this gum comes in handy. It has a great cinnamon flavor, and the caffeine boost comes on quickly. The gum can turn a little 'bitter' after ten or fifteen minutes, but since I drink unsweetened coffee, it wasn't an issue for me. Apparently this is a known thing, as it's mentioned on the bottle. I bought a pack of them, so I can keep one in my car and one at my work station.

taste is good but not great, works!

Not sure what everyone's complaining about, all I taste is cinnamon. This is a nice gum that delivers caffeine in a novel way. If you've ever had a reason to use nicotine gum then you know how to use this gum. You don't need to be chewing it constantly. Just flatten it out and put it between your gum and your lip and let it release caffeine. Once in a while chew it a bit and put it back. Don't use two pieces at a time because a thicker piece of gum releases it more slowly. If you want instant release, just take a pill. I have problems with my energy level as I get older and I get nothing done without enough caffeine. I've quit it before, for long periods, even a whole year. It just makes my life miserable and unproductive. Puritanical ideas need to die out. Productivity is much more important.

I don't have a way to chemically measure the caffeine in these pieces but I just know that it isn't there. I just sense something is wrong so I threw mine away. I never had this sense with spearmint. I could clearly determine that there was indeed caffeine in the product and I liked it. As a cinnamon gum it's ok but there is some weird bitterness in the product. Yes it is supposed to be bitter because of the caffeine but whatever it is that is slightly bitter isn't completely caffeine and that makes me uncomfortable. I wanted to make sure so I chewed 5 pieces each for one minute before spitting them out in a 10 min period. If this was spearmint then that would be WAY too much caffeine. There was some caffeine but not 750 mg for sure. It just felt off to me so I tossed it. I emailed support and they said nothing's wrong but I'm not so sure. Spearmint is a great flavor, I ordered more of that one.

i am a school bus driver and this gum helps me get my day started. much easier to chew gum than try to drink my coffee and keep my hands on the wheel ;)

I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with this gum. The first five minutes are a wonderful cinnamon experience, but after that it turns into the most foul flavor/taste you'll ever experienced. It stinks, because I wanted to see if this would be a viable replacement for energy drinks in the morning at work. The caffeine jolt that I get from this gum is substantial, but I just don't know if I can switch to this permanently with that flavor transition being so quick. The back of the bag even states, "When bitterness occurs, you can dispose gum. Don't worry, you'll still get the effects from the caffeine." Well, that bitterness occurs very quickly. In summary, the caffeine effect is absolutely present, but the severity of the foul bitter flavor doesn't allow me to go any higher than three stars.

Excellent value and nice cinnamon taste. Bitter aftertaste reminiscent of a black coffee to know when it is ok to toss. I enjoy thos part as well. Great replacement health and financially for energy drinks.

I really like both the taste and the texture of this caffeine gum. It’s enjoyable to chew and doesn’t have the unpleasant aftertaste that some energy gums can have. With 125 mg of caffeine, it’s strong enough to help me stay awake while driving after work and even gives me a nice boost before workouts. At the same time, it doesn’t negatively impact my sleep when used at the right time being appropriately 7-8 hours before bedtime.

Got a nice boost. I chewed around 8 pieces from wake up at 10am till after work at 8pm I tend to drink 3-4 rockstars a day. ( I wanna cut back on sugar) Love the cinnamon flavor but wished it lasted a bit longer than 15-20min, but all gums don't last long.

Been a shift worker for much of my life, so I have come to respect any way to get caffeine in me. Caffinated Gum is one of my favourite ways to do so! Keep it in a pocket, a backpack or in the car. Roll off the couch and head off to work with one of these in your mouth and it saves time and money vs making or buying coffee. This is the best value gum I've found. Used to buy the same idea, "Military energy Gum" but it's individually packed and way more expensive. This is a bucket of caffeine for a reasonable price per chew. Cinnamon or the blue mint ones are pretty good, just make sure you spit it out after a few minutes when it doesn't taste good (Caffiene is bitter as heck, so once the decent flavour is gone, spit it out) (...or don't, I've chewed this stuff for hours before)
