I know it's Lavender but does this have a baby powder smell to it?

I have used this powder for years and love the fragrance and it does not remind me of the regular baby powder at all

How do I get the container to open? I twist the top but nothing happens.

There is a round sticker covering the holes on the top of the powder container. Peel this sticker off; then you will be able to twist open the top so you can sprinkle out the powder. Isabel Abrahams
