yes, I mix it with Rosemary oil and saturate my scalp - usually put a shower cap on for an hour or more - then wash hair as usual - I think it helps.

does Pura d'or argan oil need diluting in a carrier oil?

I have never diluted mine. I simply put a drop on my forehead and two drops under each of my eyes which is plenty for the remainder of my face. I occasionally use it on my neck as needed.
