Excellent service. All set up before I received the item. Took 2 minutes to plug in and all channels already set up.

Great product easy to activate the viewing card and happy viewing

Quality product, would be better is smart card was pre activated, wasn’t clear when putchasing.

There are still a few channels that you cannot view, hopefully this will change soon.

My second receiver from Humax; the first one "Humax pro hd 6800s" exellent, this one when turned on from standby within 4/5 minutes loses connection for a few seconds, you get a black tv screen,no big deal ,but hope that future software updates will solve the problem.

Was unsure about this product and how to activate the smartcard. I’m Really glad I bought it . It’s Very easy to install and to activate the smartcard as long as you have the right information and details required . I’m so pleased I bought another one for the bedroom.

bonjour ,j'ai essayé d'avoir le service aprés vente sans résultat. J'ai acheté un décodeur Humax HD-3801s2 tivumax sans pouvoir m'en servir. il ne fonctionne pas il faut activer smartcard.merci de faire le necésaire.

Gerät angeschlossen an die gemeinsame Parabolantenne, Tivusat-Karte eingesteckt, eingeschaltet und siehe da, alle italienischen Programme standen sofort zur Verfügung. Die Karte ist tatsächlich schon wie in der Beschreibung bereits aktiviert. Voreingestellt sind Programme vom Satelliten HotBird und Astra. Die deutschen Kanäle haben bei Astra bei der Voreinstellung noch gefehlt aber ein weiteres Scan hat das auch gelöst.

Sensitivity of the receiver is very low so it requires a large dish to do not get freeze frames while watching. At the beginning I was pointing the finger to the dish but then when tested with another older receiver and found the dish was OK obviously the problem is not the dish neither the cable but the receiver. Now it’s running in a summer house in Sardinia with a 1.2m dish and 0.1db LNB but still borderline when it rains

Uso da alcuni anni i decoder Humax e devo dire che sono ottimi prodotti, hanno un rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, unica pecca secondo me il raggio del telecomando, va puntato sempre verso il decoder, altrimenti non prende.
