These worked really well for my husband but unfortunately a small rubber piece inside the air tube connection broke and the left leg stopped inflating. I reached out to the company to explain what happened, and not long after, someone from FitKings support team got in touch. After a brief exchange where they showed genuine concern not just for the product issue but also for my husband's injury and recovery, they sent us a new set- completely free of charge! I can't say enough good things about the product or the company's customer service.

We bought these for my 77 year old brother who has had restless leg syndrome for over 20 years. He uses them for 30 minutes in the evening. He was doubtful that they would help but he says he’s now able to sleep through the night. I would encourage you to try them if you have restless legs.

This is a near perfect piece of equipment. For 86 yo man, size 14 shoe, 6’3” and NOT ONE fit issue. BUT! If you have one leg amputated and only need one boot, THIS WILL NOT work if you disconnect the unneeded boot which makes handling cumbersome. There should be a FITTED PLUG for unused boot so it doesn’t have to be connected. We’ve tried “stopping it up” and tried to design something to stop suction. No success.

I have been using them for a awhile now. They are amazing. I have edema real bad in the right leg. And will swell 3 times the size of the left. Stocking don't work. But these do. I have to wear them for 4-5 hours a day. So glad these are made for people without a prescription

Circulation, Sequence, and Combination settings are the selling point for me. I did not want a massage but circulation improvement. Easy to use . Well made.

This thing works exactly as advertised, very comfortable, a ton of relief for the amount of money it costs. The only reason I'm giving it one star is that the compressor/remote control has stopped working after less than a year of use, which is pretty unacceptable given the amount of money the entire unit costs. I've taken excellent care of the unit and would be fine with that amount of life out of the compressor if they sold replacement units separately but they don't. At this point just going to chalk it up to bad manufacturing/quality control. Will definitely be buying a similar product soon just not from these guys.

Bought this for my Mother -in-law. She is in her 80's. She has had a lot of trouble with her legs swelling and one leg got really bad. The doctor gave her antibiotics for the leg. We purchased these compression boots in December of last year, they are used a couple of times a week for the entire time we have owned with no issue at all. The level of compression is significantly higher than other products we have purchased, and much more comfortable. A couple of weeks ago, the compression pump malfunctioned and stopped working. I reached out to Fit King and received a response from Effi in customer service IMMEDIATLY. After explaining the situation and sending some information, a replacement had arrived within two days! The replacement was new and is working perfectly. I have never seen such fast service, and we will never buy any sort of compression from anyone else. I would highly recommend Fit King to anyone.
