Initially it worked fine but after 1-2 use the water from cap portion started leaking and ice formation was only on the lower portion. The cover got loose for some reason. I raised a complaint with Amazon and I got a refund for defective item. Iโve started using silicone ice tray for freezing water for face massage, itโs better than this roller.

It decreases pores to give you that amazing glow. I normally use ice cubes, but this is so much better.
