The case works great. It holds 9 medium sized capsules securely in my pocket. People ask where I got it.

Works quite well
It would be better if it sealed tight enough to keep out water but as long as it isn't submerged, it should probably be fine. I find this pill pouch to be easy to use and very convenient. And it fits in my pocket if I need to leave my purse home.

Good value
This pill pouch holds more than I was expecting and I'm so glad. I bought two, thinking I would have to use both, but I'm pleasantly surprised to discover I can fit everything into one. The second will now be saved as backup. The inside pocket where the pills actually fit is 2.25" long x 1.5" wide x 0.75" deep. There is a ridge along the inside edge that snaps into the other side when closed, so the pouch is pretty secure. I put a piece of paper inside, closed it up, and dropped it into a deep bowl of water. The pouch floated up and the paper was still fully dry inside. Not sure I would test it for longer in water with actual pills inside, but good to know if accidentally dropped into liquid it would be fine if picked back up in reasonable amount of time. Photo with pill pouch next to regular sharpie marker for easier size visualization.
