Pilot Ballpoint Pen, Dr.Grip G, 0.5mm, Extra Fine, Light Blue (BDGN-60EF-SL)

I have had surgeries on both my hands and I’ve diminished dexterity and strength in my hands. I can no longer grip a regular pen, even to just sign my name or initials. I found these pens and they are GREAT! These are the only pens I can hold without pain. The thickness of the barrel of this pen allows me to be able to sign my name, write cards, lists, whatever without pain or discomfort. I have bought a few so I can keep one in the kitchen, one by my chair in living room, definitely one by my desk and I especially keep one in my purse. I keep one in my purse so I always can use a pen that won’t cause me pain. For example, at a Dr’s office when I need to fill out forms or even just sign in. Also, when shopping, I will always go with a list and, now, I can use my pen to cross items off my list or add items. These pens are a game changer for me. In addition, they are available in a variety of colors and medium or fine point.

Love these pens, so comfortable on my fingers, even after hours of writting and signing.

This pen has become my favorite by a large margin. It is super comfortable to hold, is at that sort of optimal point of having some heft but not too much, and the flow of ink is just right.

I absolutely love this pen! The ink flows smoothly without skipping, and it writes effortlessly on any type of paper. The Dr. Grip design makes it incredibly comfortable to hold, especially for long writing sessions—I don’t get hand fatigue like I do with other pens. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the click mechanism works perfectly. Definitely one of the best pens I’ve ever used. Highly recommend for anyone who writes a lot at work, school, or journaling!

Probably the one of the most comfortable pens made. Writes on white out tape. Only flaw is that it is not durable. An uniball signo gel ink rusted/damaged the inside of one of these pens and the plastic clip cracked on the g spec pencil. Just keep it clean and avoid use of the clip. It probably isn't able to handle more than a dress shirt pocket or a sheet of paper. I mean the clear plastic is just fragile. Pilot Dr. Grip Play has no clip, and helps if you can't remember not to use the clip.

Dr. Grip pens are fantastic. Those with 0.7mm lines are very comfortable and fit nicely in my hand. They are large enough for me to grip comfortably. The Dr. Grip pens with 0.5mm lines have many characteristics of the 0.7mm, but the written lines are a perfect fit for some of the notes and communications required. The refills are not very easy to find but are usually available on Amazon. I love the 0.5mm pens and have several. The colors of the pens - light blue and light green - are southing, but the ink is black. If I were to be asked, I would request access to blue ink.

Advertised as coming with blue ink. It came with black. Great pen, but I always use blue ink and am not a fan of false advertising.

Pen is lightweight, and love the thick body that provides a comfort grip and ease my thumb muscle cramp at times for when I write long articles. Smooth, continuous ink. This is a 0.5 mm and it is perfect for writing Asian language with complex stokes, and when you prefer the writing be a bit subtle. A great day-to-day pen.

One of the best pen in market. If u write for long hours it is one of the most comfortable pens out there.
