Sturdy
It is sturdy in the hand, serious quality. I wish at least one end made a finer groove, as both ends are blunt.

Nice and sharp
Works, stays sharp for a good while, and the twisted shape is definitely pretty but it does nothing for grip. I wrap mine in paper towel and masking tape to make it ergonomic and that works wonders!
