NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Ultimate Shadow Palette, Eyeshadow Palette - Brights

I purchased this palette because I have a lot of nude palettes but nothing like these kind of colors.. this is the best I could have done because the colors are vibrant and pretty 😍!! I love them and the price is such a deal, i definitely recommend this product.

NYX Professional Eye Make-up is perfect for my skin. When I find a gem, I want to share. The eye shadow does not crease or smear, it has staying power, the colors are beautiful with an excellent selection, I had no eye or skin irritation. The make-up is easily removed with soap and water or make-up removal wipes. I am picky with eye make-up. I have matured adult skin.

This shadow goes on really well with a good primer. Fallout is minimal, which is good because some colours go on a little sheer to begin with. I suggest a really good metallic shadow primer. That kind of primer is on the "stickier" side so helps the shadow to hold and build. It was long wearing and didn't crease. That's as much about the shadow primer as the eyeshadow itself, tho. It blends like a dream, and I found it easier to use than the Urban Decay Electric palette.When I do my eyes I start with Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion (Original) all over and work from brows to lids, blending as I go. When I'm ready for my lids I use NYX's Glitter Primer to REALLY build up intense colour. I have deeply hooded eyes and crepey lids (Ehlers Danlos folks pay heed!), so I have had a lot of issues with creasing. The combo of primer and shadow doesn't budge or crease.The pinker colours definitely stain when applied directly to skin, ie for smoking out the lower lashes. I don't wear all over foundation so can't speak to if that acts as a barrier to staining. I imagine it might help prevent that. The staining isn't that bad. I only notice it because I'm staring at my own face, but it's something to keep in mind. Honestly, any heavily saturated neon/bright/hot pinks seem to stain for me.Additionally, this palette works beautifully when scraped into a powder and combined with Inglot's Duraline mixing liquid. You have to really work to combine it into a smooth liquid, but it's worth it when used as a liquid eyeliner. The two products play really well together.

I am very pleased with this palette. I had a rainbow palette from Revolution Beauty before this, and the shades and pigmentation was terrible (made me sad because I really like Revolution). I decided to give this palette a try since all the colors I needed were there and it was well price.I love it! The pigmentation of these colors is amazing! I've been able to keep experimenting with my Pride Day makeup look thanks to this palette. I'm considering buying more NYX eyeshadow palettes in the future! Blending the colors was also a breeze, you can see the two different variations of the makeup I've done this far with the palette. Buy it!

I use this for color guard and it’s so vivid even under the washing stadiums lights! definitely get if you’re a performer or into vivid makeup. It also hasn’t broken at all given the amount of times it’s been dropped, the colors are all intact after a year or two!

Beautiful colors and it stays on. I haven’t worn makeup in over 20 years and I bought this for Halloween and I was pleasantly surprised. This is nice eye shadow and can be worn every day. Unfortunately I forgot to get eyeshadow sponges 🤷🏾‍♀️

Ok don’t use all the time

10/10 my favorite palette I own. It doesn’t swatch too pretty, but it’s SO gorgeously pigmented and buildable when applied with a brush. I never remember to use a primer, and occasionally remember concealer (set with powder before shadow), yet it’s still super bright. It blends beautifully, and a little goes a long way. The only thing that caught me by surprise is that they’re not all matte. A couple shades have a bit of shimmer but it’s not overly noticeable, which I prefer since I’m more of a matte person. Really good colors.not as bright as shown in picture. But colors look descent and great Delivered safely. It comes with mirror. But no brush.

Wow what a pallet !!..with all colours you needed in one

I love the way this stuff just glides on. A bit more fallout then my other favourite brand. Super pigmented.

I stopped wearing makeup for many years as a sacrifice towards simplicity and when I began to buy it again this was one of the first things I went for. Now do I use their warm and cool neutral palettes much more? Yes. But is this just super fun and adorable and tremendously playful and joyful to look at? Yep. And that’s why I bought it. It does the trick, I smile every time I see it, especially because it brings memories of my younger self who would have worn ALL THESE COLORS. Now I’ll dip into it on occasion but it’s not my go to. Still, a festive selection to have on hand, and a gleeful addition to any makeup bag. Highly recommend any NYX product, including this one. I spent years buying really expensive makeup and then found NYX towards the end of the time I wore makeup, and man, it really surprised me with the quality, for the price! Nothing else at this price range works for me, but it does. Always well packaged & keeps really well.
