Great product and customer service
Great product. Clear sounds, easy to use, wish it had longer charging cord I would like to add, I had an issue with the item after about 2 months. I wrote to them through Amazon, and issue was resolved quickly and easily. Great customer service! Highly recommend this Bluetooth

Great until the button fell off
It was great until the button fell off. I didn't have any charging issues but I only had it from Dec to April. Sound was good. Comfort value took a little getting used to but I never had a head set like this. After awhile I really loved it. Then the activate button just fell off who knows where. Mine did come with the case which was nice. While it worked it was good.

Don't waste your time and or money. Won't charge after a month.
I unwittingly and idiotically bought a second one of these. Should of learned from the first one NOT TO DO SO ! The second was EXACTLY like the first one and QUIT CHARGING AFTER A MONTH ! And of course the manufacturer and AMAZON had a return that expired right before it quit charging and leaves you SCREWED ! But, somehow coming in now they somehow CHANGED the dates for help to look good. Shame on Hyvtom for manufacturing and selling a poorly charged item and AMAZON for fulfilling this cheaply and poorly made item. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM ! And if you already have, DON'T BUY ANOTHER ONE ! Usually Amazon is good to work with but NOT THIS TIME ! UGH

Super good product.
Never wrote any review of nothing I bought on amazon, but this product deserve it. I have mine for 2 years and still works perfect, battery life, more than great can’t ask for more. I ran out of those spongy tips and I don’t know where to get it from. I will Definitely keep buying this bluetooth ‘cause is really great.

Waste of money. Completely useless.
barely audible and the little rubber ear guard pops off...they sent 3 extra with it...now I see why...all three have fallen off and are lost. Pretty useless. UPDATE: the seller finally did get a hold of me but only offered obvious yet useless fixes. HOWEVER, the big thing now is that the ear piece has stopped holding a charge and begins to transmit and receive just a bunch of garbled noises. I would really really like a refund but that doesn't seem likely.
