Those bags are very good I highly recommend

I have a sealer that will take a 12" bag so this bag fit straight across did not have to do the angle seal. Now I messed up the first bag not the bags fault. Second try success. Dit the first one 21 days and came out wonderful. I will be buying more of these bags.

Reading the description carefully, I bought a 3 bone rib roast. I am hopeful things work out as I spent 20 minutes slowly sliding the roast into this bag. Bag is far too narrow for a 3 bone rib roast. Then I tried several times to get my vacuum sealer to work, but it wouldn't remove the air. Using a different bag I was able to vacuum seal, but the bag was not a UMAi bag. Come New Year's, I may have to update this review. Tried doing the submerge method to remove all air, but not confident.

These bags are amazing!! Take a select grade peice of meat, age it in your frig for 60 days and just like that you have a restaurant quality peice of meat. Super easy!
