TITUS Lightweight Safety Bump Cap - Baseball Style Protective Hat

I'm 6'7" I would hit my head on everything at world. This cap has real saved me a lot of head aches. You can take it apart and wash it. I do work in a very hot environment, I little warm but not bad. Still better then hitting you head on a metal pipe. Glad I bought this, several co worker have brought them to.

Very pleased with this product. Beats wearing a hard hat any day. Only cons I can think of is due to the lack of ventilation in the inner shell, my head is drenched in sweat within minutes (a minor tradeoff in lieu of a traditional hard hat) . Also, the adjustment can be hit or miss, the inner shell really dictates how snug the fit will be. Your mileage may vary. Most importantly though, if your job requires you to wear a hard hat, check with your foreman or safety coordinator to verify that this product would be an acceptable substitute. Personally, my company allows it when working off a ladder, but typically requires a traditional hard hat when working on or in the presence of any kind of lift.

I bought this for my elderly mother who is prone to falls. She loves wearing baseball hats! So, this works great! I know it won’t provide as much protection as a hockey helmet, it will help! Mom could’ve avoided staples in her head from a fall if she had been wearing this bump cap! It looks like a regular baseball hat! I bought the black one with the two grommets on the side! She’s gotten compliments on her hat! It’s reminiscent of an English riding hat!

It's great but if u work in a warm environment it retains sweat in it can smell after awhile he cap is removable so ur able to wash the hat :)

But holds heat I suggest a mesh hat with a bump guard

im a mechanic that finally after decades got tired of hitting my head and scratching it up. it doesnt feel much different than a regular hat.
