I was very happy to get it on time, esasy to put it together. Looks great on my coffee shop!!

Fit and finish not there letters and numbers do not fit in the channel

A lot of letters to punch out, of course, but they look great!!

Install was easy but some of the slots that the letters sit in were too narrow to allow the letters to even get in. All the letters were covered in a plastic that you have to peel off. Very tedious and time consuming. The quality of the edge on the letters could be much better through production. (I run a cnc machine and this looks like a rush job to me). They need better quality control when doing this.

I wouldnt even give this a 1 star. It looks nice but didn't come with any instructions, or hardware that it shows in the video. Paid 220 plus shipping for some rails and letters. Said they would send the missing parts but never did

It’s a nice wall menu, my problem is I ran out of letters and numbers (not enough for what I need ) and there is no where to order just the letters and numbers . I don’t want to order the whole thing again since I don’t need it and it’s expensive. All I need is more letters and numbers . And can’t find them anywhere to order . I’m disappointed

the wood starts to split when the alphabets are installed into the grooves. not worth the price for these. Instead, make them of synthetic and charge the amount you are charging customers.
