This is a great set. It includes 7 discs, one for each frequency: 396, 417, 444, 528, 639, 741. The music is very attractive and pleasant but I understand the main object of these frequency CDs is that of getting the music frequency interact with our own. This is not precisely music for meditation but frequency-healing music, which is the reason why I got it. It comes with a medium sized book that explains in fairly simple, clear terms how the frequencies work. This is a very big subject and one many of us know little or nothing about so I greatly appreciate the accompanying book.
