Joseph Joseph Nest 9 Plus, 9 Piece Compact Food Preparation Set with Mixing Bowls, Measuring cups, Sieve and Colander, Editions Range, Sage Green

I have come to love and rely on this brand of kitchenware, having yet to purchase anything Joseph Joseph that is not great!!! This set consist of 9 staple kitchen items, as appose to alot of kitchen sets that come with a few key useful items and then throw in some extra dust gathering gadgets that only add to your already huge heap of unused kitchenware. A nice large mixing/serving bowl, a medium round colander, a tad smaller mesh strainer bowl, a small mixing bowl with a pour spout and a nice set of measuring cups. Every piece is durable, functional and made with the quality I have come to expect from this brand, and it all stacks together and only takes up the space of one mixing bowl. This set stacks very nicely, all the pieces fit perfectly and stays together even when moving it around. The measuring cups sort of snap together, so they would stay lock together even if you wanted to store them separately in a drawer or elsewhere. This set would be nice enough and a great value with those features that I listed alone, but what makes it exceptional and one of the things I love about this brand is the little extra features that add to the functionality and ease of use. The handles of each piece double as the stacking point for this set and the handles are a perfect size, being large enough to get a good hold but not overly large to add a cumbersome side profile that takes up alot of extra space. The handles are also wider then typical and slightly angle down, very nice design. The measuring cups have wide squared open middle handles that are very nice as well. The bottom of the large mixing bowl also has a rubber bottom to keep it from slipping while in use. Overall this a great set, very useful. I would definitely recommend. Would make a nice gift as well, as a matter of fact, a friend is in the process of purchasing a new home and plans to remodel the kitchen using bright colors like I have in mine. She has commented on some of my Joseph brand items, so this is what I am purchasing for her house warming gift, several of the Joseph items I have and love.

These are a great option for a camper. They are nesting bowls so they fit in the small cabinets but we get all the things we need! They work great for our cooking needs while on the road!

Good set although it’s in cup and oz size , adding grams would be good as I am using it for my puppy food

Love the clever way the concealed mixing bowl, measuring cups, etc. to be space saving and super functional. Love Joseph and Joseph! It's especially important for a small space, but great for any space.

Love the space-saving design and how every kitchen tool you need is in one neat stack! The colors are gorgeous, and the quality is solid. BUT… getting everything to nest perfectly is like solving a Rubik's Cube on a Monday morning. Once it’s in place, it’s a dream, but you’ll need a little patience (or Jedi-level alignment skills). Still, worth it for the functionality and style!

I'm a fan of Joseph Joseph products, so this set is a must for me. The set looks exactly like pictured here, bright colors, sturdy high quality items with each easily snapping into place on top of the other like Legos. Mixing bowls have non-slip bases and the whole set is dishwasher safe. As you can guess, storing is a dream. I saved so much cabinet space! However, I gotta warn ya that I'm a light cook, only cook twice a week. So, this set works for me. But if you cook regularly or every day, this preparation set might not last very long in your kitchen, especially the sieve (light blue) which is a little flimsy comparing to the traditional all-metal sieve's quality. I don't see any down sides with the mixing bowls (light green and dark blue) and colander (dark green). They're plastic yet sturdy and do their jobs. Same goes for the measuring cups (yellow to dark purple) except that their handles feel a little flimsy when held.

This bowl set is nice. I’ve used one for years and bought another for the lake cottage. Super handy to have two different strainers. The large green bowl is perfect for one batch of homemade popcorn.
