The iPad seems perfectly brand new. Very nice. It did come with only a 1000ma charger, which will charge a phone, but not something larger. I had a 1 amp one, which worked slowly. I purchased a 2.5 amp charger, which works well. Perhaps the people who report a nonworking device are using the 1000ma charger, which will not have enough power to get it working.

Love my I Pad Pro. Happy with delivery on time and in good condition. Tablet itself was in excellent shape. No scratches that I could see. Charged up quickly. Surprised that the wall plug was a Samsung plug, but worked fine. Set up was easy. Battery life I don't know yet since I just had opportunity to charge it and use it. Happy with Tech Venture the seller. I will if needed but from them again with confidence. jz

My first time buying a renewed product and I like the concept but this first experience was not positive. The item arrived very fast and in great shape. It charged up, turned on and I was able to transfer data from my old ipad to the new one. And then...it went dark. All attempts to bring it back failed and it would just freeze with the apple icon on the screen. Attempts were made to the seller for tech help but nothing worked. Disappointed that the seller was never available to talk to by phone. They only texted and emailed me suggestions. However, they were very prompt with providing a refund when I returned the product. Would have liked to have saved some money with a renewed product and from other reviews it sounds like it is possible, but I got a dud and will most likely pay the money for a brand new one.

Good used product. Apple menus are very limited and irritate me relative to Samsung: 1) No pause button when recording video - when an interruption occurs this means breaking it into two separate files. 2) Camera does not default to last use. I always use front facing video and it takes four or five buttons to access this. 3) Going back to main settings via a five step process rather than simply clicking the settings for that app/feature from the location of the app is cumbersome. I like it and am happy with the set up for two reasons: Although the front-facing camera is low resolution and my note 8 has 4k both sides, IOS bypasses androids 4gb file size and consequently I can make 3 hour videos without interrupted files. And the battery allows for five hours or more of continuous filming if necessary. I bought this device solely for this reason and it's working.

This iPad looks and works very good, great picture and screen. Very pleased with the purchase. Battery life is lower than expected, however that is not the fault of the seller - i actually believe it is the apple battery. I really like this pad.

The Apple iPad is great, working perfectly. I am very please with my purchase from this seller. The iPad was in excellent condition, like new. There were absolutely no signs of wear, the screen had no scratches, the shell was perfect and after using it the past two weeks it seems to be operating as if it were brand new. If you're interested in saving some money buying a renewed apple product, I highly recommend this seller! I'm a picky sob when it comes to quality and this seller very delightfully exceeded my expectations... Thanks for the great deal!

great condition works great

I understand it's 'renewed' but it came in very bad shape and the jack for earphones broken and not working; it wasn't in the description... I'll try to set up it and see how the battery is and if everything is working properly with the Bluetooth connection and apple pen but it's not starting well...

It’s been only 6 months and the iPad has stopped working. Not turning on not even going on reset mode

Beware. 1 year old and not updatable. I now have a useless piece of junk!
