DefenderShield EMF Radiation Blocking Beanie Cap - Blocks Wireless Radiation (Gray)

Not gonna lie. I was expecting this to be garbage and not block any signal at all. But I put my phone in it and held it shut while my wife called my phone. It went straight to voicemail. Then I opened the hat but left the phone in it. It still wouldn't ring through. When I pulled the phone out, I saw that sure enough it didn't have any signal in the hat. So then I had my wife call my phone, I answered, and then while it was connected, I dropped the phone into the hat. The call disconnected immediately. I'm impressed. I only got the hat today, so I can't speak to its durability. But it certainly does what they say it does. My only complaint is that its a big small. But I also have a freakishly large head. It would be cool if they made a freakishly large size for people like me.

The stitching that holds the inner lining in place (the most important part for EMF protection) keeps coming apart and I have to restitch it by hand. When you pay this much money for a toque you don't expect it to fall apart.

Product looks like it protects, but it's too small and the silver shielding doesn't go down enough to cover the forehead or the lower side of the back of the head.

The idea is great but skimpy on the actual hat. Too small for my small head. I can’t imagine someone with large head. Have to keep pulling it down.

Great comfy hat, sleep seems to be better.
