I tried on couple of different stains ; it didn’t work on any of them. On the cover it says Guaranteed it works or it’s free; so I don’t understand why I can’t return it ???

It doesn’t remove ANY KIND KING OF stain, pencil, pen, oil, food stain , not even talking about others. Completely useless! Fake promises
