Gotta Have This One in Your Knife Block
Love this knife. Sharpest knife I've ever had straight out of the box. I'm able to EASILY cut my sausage into 3/32 of an inch. The knife is cartoonishly sharp. The handle is well balanced and makes the blade easy to maneuver. An incredible value for your money.

Well made and can be sharpened to a fine edge
Very well made but does not keep an edge as well as I had hoped so I need to sharpen every few days. It can be made sharp enough to glide through a Roma tomato and make thin slices. I like the feel and it’s easy to control. Still a great value at this price.

Great knife
Excellent knife- I somehow broke my original Henckels knife that I use for most all of my food preparation. I was so upset that I broke it but when I found this replacement and at a very good price, I was very happy. I’ve been using it and I have had no issues.

Light, Sharp, Not Very Durable
This knife was fine - it felt reasonable, stayed sharp, and had a nice form factor. The weight felt a little cheap, too light. However, all this is in past tense because when my wife was cutting potatoes (a notoriously soft food), the plastic bit at the bottom snapped in two places. There wasn't a good way to repair it and I only got the knife a year ago. Kind of a bummer, but it was also $15.
