I had much more expensive tools for ilme pins in mazak machine tools. I lost one and decided to give this a try. It works better then the name brand tool I lost at a fraction of the price.

Removed exactly one terminal with this tool before the small silver retaining pin fell out and disappeared. This is the second tool I've bought from this brand to fail upon it's first use. The others were also terminal pin tools and while the handles feel like they're make of good quality material, the parts that actually extract the pins must be make of tin, they crumbled upon first use. Customer service was useless and only wanted to waste my time.
